The Nourish London Sleepy Pillow Mist contains a relaxing blend of 9 essential oils alongside magnesium-rich Epsom salts. Lavender, Rose, Frankincense, Geranium, Patchouli, Bergamot and Sweet Orange alongside the stress-relieving Epsom salts sprayed on your pillow each evening help you to calm down and relax to fall asleep easier.
The Nourish Relax Hydrating Peptide Serum is designed to hydrate and soothe sensitive skin that is prone to stress and allergens. It contains hyaluronic acid to moisturise and tripeptides to boost collagen production. Additionally, the Relax Hydrating Peptide Serum also contains lavender, bisabolol and ginger to ease irritation.
The Nourish Probiotic Multi-Mineral Anti-Ageing Face Mask is a product that I have reviewed on the blog previously so I won't be reviewing it during this post, but you can see my review of it here.
All of the products in the box are alcohol free, cruelty free and 100% vegan.
Nourish is definitely one of my favourite brands right now. I’ve loved every product that I’ve ever tried from them and they’re a lovely company to work with too. Also being a mother, I can confirm that I have loved and appreciated receiving this box set as a gift from Nourish just in time for Mother's Day! Therefore, I am super excited to jump right into this review.
I'm going to discuss each product one by one, starting with the Sleepy Pillow Mist, then the Relax Hydrating Peptide Serum and finally the Probiotic Multi-Mineral Anti-Ageing Face Mask.
Sleepy Pillow Mist

The Nourish Sleepy Pillow Mist comes in a glass spray bottle and it holds 100ml of product. To use, you need to spritz 2-3 sprays around the room and across your pillow before sleeping.
This Pillow Mist is highly concentrated so it's not one that you need to use a dozen spritzes of to get a nice scent coverage. The fragrance is absolutely lovely and I find it really relaxing, especially when I get to snuggle into my pillow as it's smelling of it.
I find that the fragrance does help me to relax and feel comforted, which in turn helps me to drift off into sleep easier. However, if you have trouble getting to sleep then this mist alone probably isn't going to solve that issue, but it is a fantastic accompaniment alongside other sleep techniques (I recommend apps such as Calm or Pzizz!).
If you're the type of person who loves being surrounded by beautiful fragrances then this Pillow Mist is a must try, it's so beautiful and I adore it!
Nourish Relax Hydrating Peptide Serum

The Nourish Relax Hydrating Peptide Serum comes in a small glass bottle with a twist-lock pump. It holds 15ml of product and the product itself is a watery-gel serum. This product has been a lovely addition to my nighttime skincare regimen. It's a watery serum that fits well into a serum lineup within your skincare routine. It has been helping to boost hydration, moisture and soothe irritation that I've been facing from my sensitive skin.
This serum smells so relaxing and I love taking a deep breath with it on my hands before applying. It’s really lightweight and a little goes a long way. It also absorbs easily into the skin but can leave a shine for a while that is typical of hyaluronic acid based products.
People with oilier skin may be a little put off by the thought of some shine and moisture, but it can still fit well into an oily skin night time routine as oily skin benefits from hydration too, especially if you have oily-sensitive skin. Also, if you stick to using it at nighttime then no worries anyway!
Those with blemish prone skin may not find any anti-blemish benefits here though, but if that is a concern for you then I recommend checking out some of my other anti-blemish product reviews.

The Nourish London Gift of Sleep is such an amazing little gift for loved ones, or even as an all important self-care package for yourself (you deserve it!). I imagine that this would also be a fantastic gift for new mums in particular who may just be struggling with sleep right now. I know that it's not easy, and if you are a new mum out there reading this then please remember - you've got this! And if you're a mum to older children, keep up the fantastic work, you're doing better than you think you are, I promise.
