They contain only 9 ingredients and are supplied in sachets which you simply shake, tear open, drink and go. Here’s a breakdown of the beneficial ingredients in each sachet:

The beauty shots come packaged in a box that holds 28 sachets and are delivered every 4 weeks straight to your door. The box is slimline and coloured pink and blue with a white drawer pull out that holds the sachets.
Usage and Results:
I’ve been taking the Vitybox beauty supplement shots for about a month now and I love the ease of use with them. The fact that you just need to shake, tear off the end, drink and go really takes all the hassle out of it. I also really like the little draw it comes in, meaning that they’re all stored neatly away in their own little space which is then slim enough to fit nicely onto a shelf or into a cupboard ready for when you need them.

The only difficulty I actually have is that sometimes I can’t tear the top open. It takes a strong pull to get them fully open or a pair of scissors, but this isn’t for all of them. In fact, maybe it’s not necessarily the packaging itself but more me being useless. My boyfriend had a good laugh at me opening one and walked over and opened it with total ease, so...
In regards to taste, to me these shots taste like sherbet. You can still taste the collagen coming through, but it’s not bad at all. If you’ve ever tried liquid collagen then you probably understand that it has a unique taste to it. It’s this that you can taste coming through, but it’s not overly strong. I just think it’s generally impossible to eradicate that taste completely.

It took a little while to see the results, but I have been noticing more the longer that I take them. The main thing I’ve noticed whilst taking this daily is the change in my skin. My skin has been looking better than I think it ever has. I’ve had very few breakouts at all, less redness, firmer skin and general, better looking skin all-round.
To me this is a huge deal. I have always had very oily skin that is prone to breakouts and it can be very annoying to deal with. Since taking this I’ve been so much happier with the condition that it is in.
It’s taken a while to see a change in my nails except for them growing quicker, but over the last few days I’ve been seeing less ridges and I have noticed that my nails are feeling stronger.
My hair has been looking a little thicker and has been staying less greasy for longer, but I think this is where I have noticed the least amount of change. It has had a nice shine to it, but I think this is the area where it’s not necessarily "ineffective", but where it needs more time. I can see the results, they’re just taking longer than the other two areas.

I’m not entirely sure if this is down to the dosages of the ingredients or not, but I do find it interesting when I think back to the other supplements that I’ve reviewed on the blog over the last few months.
With the Pink Cloud 3-in-1 Collagen Beauty Drink I saw instant results with my nails and the least results with my skin. With the IVYBEARS Hair Vitamins I saw more with my hair (that was the main goal with those though, clue is in the name!). With Vitybox it’s primarily my skin and nails. I mean this could be down to the individual person and how everyone reacts to the supplements individually, but I thought I’d mention it.

Overall though, I’m really impressed by these. It’s really hard to find anything to complain about when my skin is en route to being how I’ve always wanted it to look. No supplement product works overnight so it takes some patience, but it’s oh so worth it when you start to see the results.
Do I recommend them? Heck yes. 100000%. Especially you’re looking for something to give you the skin that you’ve always wanted, I do highly recommend giving these a try as they could just work for you like they are for me.
