Hey guys! Just before the new year I wrote a post featuring Top Beauty Tips for 2018, and one of those tips was contributed by Jamie Rockers from Crabtree & Evelyn. So, when Crabtree & Evelyn recently sent out a press release discussing the New Year of You, it was naturally a great follow on from that post to feature a couple of the products that they had to showcase to help introduce you to some new, rejuvenating skincare products in 2018. Additionally, as we have just had Valentines Day, I also have a product to show you that is based on the world's most romantic flower, the rose.Crabtree & Evelyn Evelyn Rose Hand Therapy, Citron & Coriander Body Wash and Goatsmilk & Oat Bath Milk |
As I did with my previous post featuring the PrimaLash lashes, I shall discuss each product in more detail in their own sections to avoid confusion.
Crabtree & Evelyn Goatmilk & Oat Bath Milk

It comes packaged in a clear, plastic bottle with a screw cap lid and it holds 500ml of product. To use, you just need to simply pour into your bathwater and relax.
It is really thin in consistency (it is a milk), so it will shoot out the bottle as you tip it. Do keep that in mind on first use!

The downside though is that I feel as though you need to use a fair amount for the optimum results. This isn't too bad if you don't plan on using it daily or multiple times a week, but if you did want to use it often then you will be flying through the bottle at speed. An alternative is to apply the milk to your body, but if you want to do that then you may be better off with the Shower Milk.
It smells absolutely divine and luxurious and yes, it does linger on the skin for quite a while post bath. It is definitely one of those products that has an expensive, creamy, clean type of smell to it, so if that is the type of product that you like to go for then you will like this.
Crabtree & Evelyn Citron & Coriander Body Wash

It is a translucent pale yellow in colour and comes packaged in a clear, plastic bottle with a flip cap and it holds 250ml of product. Alternatively, there is a smaller size available that holds 50ml and comes in a squeeze-bottle.
The first thing that you are going to notice with this wash is that it smells so fresh and citrus-y, and like the bottle states, it does give you a bit of an energy boost from the scent alone. It's the type of revitalising, invigorating smell that just gives you a bit of a buzz.

It leaves the skin feeling clean and smelling beautiful. It doesn't dry out the skin either, which is a major plus, but it isn't as hydrating as the Bath Milk. You will need to follow up with a body lotion, and the good news is that if you adore the scent of the Citron & Coriander Body Wash, there is an accompanying body lotion as well as other types of products that you can purchase to really tie your product collection together scent wise.
This is the type of product that I would find myself reaching out for moreso in the summer, but it's also perfect for morning bathers for that morning pick-me-up.
Crabtree & Evelyn Evelyn Rose Hand Therapy

The Crabtree & Evelyn Evelyn Rose Hand Therapy cream is an award-winning, ultra-moisturising, Shea butter-rich cream that promises to hydrate and restore softness. It contains ceramides 3 and 6II, Rosa hybrid and Rosa gallica extracts to retain moisture, provide hydration and condition respectively. In addition, it also contains myrrh extract to condition nails and cuticles. It is free of parabens, phthalates propylene glycol and mineral oils.
As you could probably guess from the name, it comes scented with rose, as well as peach nectar, jasmine, violet, bergamot and amber.
It comes packaged in a polylaminate tube with a screw cap lid and it holds 100g of product. It also comes in a smaller tube that holds 25g of cream.
The cream is thinner than a lot of other hand creams that I have tried, so a gentle squeeze of the tube will dispense more cream than you may expect. Also, please don't let the thinner consistency fool you. Thinner cream does not make it either less hydrating or softening.
It leaves the hands feeling incredibly soft and moisturised, so it’s the perfect treat for dry hands.

The biggest plus for me is the speed in which is absorbs into the skin and that it isn’t greasy at all. Greasy hand creams can be such a pain because it makes doing anything with your hands either very annoying or sometimes plain difficult for about 5 minutes or so. Not with this, though. That makes this cream perfect for those who are always on the go and don’t necessarily have the luxury of hanging about for 5 minutes before they can get back to doing what they need to do.
This cream smells beautiful and the scent also lingers on your hands for quite a while. You don’t even have to put your hands to your nose to smell it, you can smell it just from arms length.
Crabtree and Evelyn are really great for hand care. The majority of my favourite hand products are by them, and for good reason. You can easily start off with the Hand Scrub, follow up with the Rosewater & Pink Peppercorn Soap, then use the Overnight Hand Therapy at night and the Hand Therapy cream in the day. It's such a good routine and I highly recommend it if you suffer with dry hands.
And there we have it!
Once again, whilst it is tough for me to choose a favourite item out of the ones that I've featured in this post, I will probably have to go with the Hand Therapy cream. I'm really not exaggerating when I explain how good the hand care products by Crabtree & Evelyn are. I cannot recommend them enough.
You can purchase all of these amazing products online at Crabtree & Evelyn.
What are your thoughts on the products featured in today's post? Which one are you most intrigued to try or which is your favourite?
