Thank you to Molly Garner for this fantastically informative guest post!

For the mothers out there, you may be aware that post-pregnancy hair loss can be a real issue. During pregnancy, an increase in estrogen prevents your hair from falling out as much as normal. However, a few months after giving birth, your hormones start to go back to regular levels, and this means that the extra hair that you had begins to fall out. Thankfully, it doesn't last forever, but after having a chat with Molly, she explained to me that the above tips can also help with this postpartum stage. Therefore, if you are going through this problem right now, try giving the above tips a go to see if it helps!

Do you have an issue with hair loss? Have you had problems with it post-pregnancy and how did it make you feel?
